Open Access Policy

Tsaqafah: Jurnal Peradaban Islam adopts a full open access policy for all published articles, grounded in the conviction that the free dissemination of knowledge is a manifestation of the Islamic Worldview, in which the pursuit and sharing of knowledge ('ilm) are regarded as acts of worship and moral obligation. This policy also reflects the spirit of Islamization of knowledge, through which scholarly discourse rooted in Islamic epistemology is disseminated openly for the benefit of the broader ummah and global society, in keeping with the Islamic scholarly tradition of openness and dialogue.

All articles published by Tsaqafah: Jurnal Peradaban Islam are freely accessible to readers worldwide without subscription fees or access charges. Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles for lawful academic and non-commercial purposes, in keeping with the spirit of the dissemination of knowledge (nasyr al-'ilm) that forms part of the Islamic intellectual tradition.

This journal applies the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

Under this license, authors retain copyright over their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. Users are permitted to share and adapt the published materials for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and source.
